Welcome to Blu-na Sands, an architectural delight, thoughtfully built to maximize natural light and views of Lake Solis. This open, airy, newly constructed property sleeps 10 people. Inspired by its modern design, Blu-na Sands is tastefully decorated to match its lakefront and surrounding environs. Complete with its own private beach, and direct lake access, Blu-na Sands offers you a unique escape to connect with nature. Relax in the hot tub under the starry sky after your local hiking or winery/brewery touring adventures.

The house has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The spacious, open-concept living/dining area has floor-to-ceiling windows that open out to the deck and the private, sandy beach. The large deck, with its comfortable seating, is perfect for summer nights, and is enhanced by a firepit area to enjoy the Solo Stove under the moonlit sky. Great features throughout the house include a coffee station, electric fireplace, upper loft area that serves as a dedicated office space with water views, and multiple areas to sit/lounge/play games/escape. Choose to spend your days kayaking, fishing, exploring the lake, hiking the nearby trails, or visiting the many local wineries, breweries, restaurants, and sandy beaches of Pure Michigan! (For security, the property has two Ring doorbell cameras at each entry doorway, and an exterior camera that spans the driveway).

We loved our stay here! My daughter and I came for the weekend just to enjoy Michigan in the fall. The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed! The views were stunning with the trees and the lake out the huge two story picture window out front! Everything was new and updated. There was plenty to do outside even in the chilly weather we used the kayaks and the fire pit and the hot tub was perfect after some chilly hikes! Not many of the homes had direct access, but this one had direct access to the water with a beach area. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would be back again! The owner kept in good contact and was full of information before arrival! The check in process was also very easy!
