Property is clean but well overdue for updates. The room was old and dated. It had a broken bathroom vanity and our AC was barely working. AC required multiple resets to get it to blow cold air, it was extremely loud when it turned on, and required to be reset multiple times throughout our 3 nights there. When informed of the poorly working AC, staff offered very minimal solutions. No on was on site to fix the issue, no room change offered and no compensation offered. No follow up was done with us to ensure that the issue had been fixed after we informed them we were able to reset our AC ourselves. Would definitely not stay again.

Great location, with clean, well appointed rooms and very comfortable bed. Only one small bottle of water per person In the room per day, which was fine, but there was nowhere to get anymore in the hotel, or within easy walking. A vending machine in the lobby would have at least helped. Overnight staff were not very welcoming after our flight was delayed.

Clean room, very well located outside of a metro station and so close to the White House - the 24/7 tea and coffee facilities on floor 2 are very beneficial and the room is also equipped with a coffee machine and a fridge. There’s also a water dispenser on each floor as well as an ice machine on the lower ground floor.

The staff has very good customer service. My family and I felt very welcomed. Also, the front desk responded to all requests very quickly.

Staff was friendly! Small quaint room was well maintained. Great location
