"The property is beautiful, with lush greenery, well-maintained grounds, and stunning views from the rooms. Our room was also very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the dining experience. While the food may have been fine, the service at the on-site restaurant felt unwelcoming. The greetings from the hostesses came across as impersonal rather than friendly, and the overall atmosphere made us choose to dine elsewhere for the rest of our stay. The nearby River Rock Lounge provided much warmer, more attentive service, which highlighted the difference. I wish I took the waitress name but she made a world of a difference in experience. Overall, the lodge itself was wonderful. A friendlier, more welcoming approach from some staff members would make the experience even better."
