There is an entrance to Acadia about 5 min away and it leads you to the more quite side of the park which was wonderful. "This is a incredible beautiful place! very clean, organized, and if you want remote and quite this is the place! Im am not big on camping so a cabin is the closest I'll ever go to. my only complain is the staff is not easy to get a hold of, it's all automate or app and when I called several times for a extra blanket but did not get a response and the weather changed to very cold that night. anyway other than that this was a wonderful place. I highly recommend it, if you are looking for a place to reconnect with your inner self look no further."

"The location was perfect. Very walkable and easy to get in and out of town in a car. The free snacks a drinks were awesome. The staff was very friendly. My main complaint would be the stairs. They were steep and hard to navigate with luggage. Also, a coffeemaker in the room would be nice. It was cold and rainy which made the walk to the office for coffee a little hard."
