The staff were extremely kind, and honestly, they are the only reason I can give this hotel any stars. Great place. All the amenities you need for a week stay with family. Not to far from tram line, would recommend car hire as it’s about 30-40mins from Berlin city, closest shops are about 30 mins walk away.
