"To make something right goes beyond words, not asked upon checking out how was my stay. I had to complain to head office and just sent back to the local hotel who does not really care about customer experience. House keeping banging on the door at 10:00AM!!, when checkout was at 11:00!! Offered no compensation for the very scary and rude experience. It seems they do not want future bookings! "
