"The cabin was very comfortable, and had everything one could need for a weekend getaway of 4-6 adults. The price was very reasonable as well; we have zero complaints! Notable positives: - Easy access to cabin, no steep roads for access- Large Dollar General within walking distance- Generously stocked kitchen, cleaning closet, bed linens & etc- Great outdoor spaces, from the large porch table to the hot tub and fishing pond; we even got to see some grazing cows next door- The area feels safe but also private, so you can relax without worry- Maybe we just got lucky, but a very friendly orange and white cat showed up on Saturday and hung out most of the night; he was the sweetest.- There is a train track that's basically on the property, some people might find it loud, but we personally found it very exciting to go out and watch it's lights through the trees at night - a stunning, unique sight that we couldn't get enough of (image attached). "This was the perfect place to get away, relax on the porch overlooking a special spot in the creek, and play in the water. We watched movies on VHS, listened to cds, and cooked our meals. We had everything we needed, felt safe and welcomed, and left recharged. Definitely returning!"
