"The hotel was good but I was very shocked at the price. They must’ve really raised the rate the weekend that I stayed because there was something going on at the university. I was kind of stuck. I had no really other options. The hotel elevator was broken and they said it was his Brown broken for about a month. So we ended up having to use the stairs a lot of the time. Parking was horrible even though they gave us a pass to get into a garage. Very hard to find parking in it that was very limited. We were at a wedding and came home late and had trouble finding a spot. But the staff there was very good. My daughter dropped a charm down the sink. It was very special to her as it contained her father‘s ashes and his thumbprint. And his coming up on the one in your anniversary since he was killed in the line of duty and she was having a complete meltdown and this happened in five minutes before we were supposed to leave for the wedding. The staff came up immediately and helped to take apart the sink and get the charm for her. To that I will forever be grateful the hotel itself was clean, but just average for what they charge me a night. The staff was excellent and couldn’t ask for nicer people. "

"I would avoid staying here if possible. It is not what it looks like on their pictures. As a solo female traveler, I was super uneasy pulling up and seeing half of the hotel is motel style. Thankfully, I was in the tower side but the walk from the parking lot to the hotel make me nervous. The AC and hot water worked great, but the room felt very dirty. There was so much hair everywhere. I found hair in my sheets, on the pillow (and stains), on the towels, and so much in the bathroom. The shower curtain had mold on it. I didn’t want to shower or take my shoes off the whole time. I was woken up at 8am to construction across the street. The worst part is I paid $300 for this. I will not be staying there ever again."
