"This place is clean and a nice walk along the Willamette River is nearby. Lots of restaurants and shops ad a nice outdoor vibe when the weather is amenable. However, Expedia should warn customers that there is only valet parking or fee parking nearby. Depending on when you arrive or how you play the game, this can range from $8 to $50. "

"Staff wonderful. bar ok reasonably priced. Food not so good in my opinion. Ate in restaurant and bar. Next time I’ll order in or go for a walk.i think many options in the area. Room was great. I needed an ADA bath and vroom I was very comfortable in this room. Very accessible. I’ll be staying at the paramount again next month and in July it’s a good value in a good location. "

"Our room was only cleaned one time over 5 days. We had to ask for new trash bags after doing it ourselves. Our “queen suite” for 3 adults did have two queen beds, but only one chair at a tiny wobbly table. We had expected a couch or at least another chair or two. Was clean-ish but not a lot of effort. Door hinges in the bathroom were covered in rust. I assume they only clean with the door open and don’t look behind. Oh! Also ran out of toilet paper twice and had to ask for more. (No major toilet paper incidents or illnesses, just normal output)"

"Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Easy checkin, great communication. Great yard to lounge in with lots of privacy. Parking was free and super easy/close, right in front. Kitchen was amazing. "
