Automated check-in system, which can be a bit impersonal for guests used to more traditional systems. However, the staff were great and very keen to help. The place is next to the ship museum which is the reason we went. It was what I expected. The breakfast buffet was great. I am gluten free. They heated up 2 gluten free rolls for me.
