Cozy and modern hotel in a picture perfect town

We really enjoyed our stay at this great hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided us with local tourism information. The rooms were comfortable with sounds of the nearby mountian waterfall. The balcony had two chairs to enjoy the fresh air (when other guests weren't smoking). Our breakfast was amazing with many choices of fresh offerings and great coffee. Overall, it was a calm and relaxing stay. We look forward to returning someday.

Das Suitehotel Gampen in Sulden lässt einem nichts vermissen, was man im Urlaub sucht. Der Empfang ist herzlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmässig. Das Essen im Restaurant ist vorzüglich und der Service sehr aufmerksam. Ein schönes Hallenbad mit Wellness-Bereich runden das ganze ab. Insgesamt merkt man, dass die Inhaber persönlich im Einsatz für die Gäste stehen und auch kleinen Details der Gastfreundschaft viel Beachtung schenken.

Ein ganz tolles Hotel. Sehr sauber, komfortable Zimmer. Alles traditionell, aber trotzdem modern eingerichtet. Frühstücksbuffett war ebenfalls sehr gut. Nette kleine Saunalandschaft mit Innenpool. In der Zukunft könnte nur eine Wallbox für E-Autos zu wenig sein, aber jetzt ist es noch ausreichend. Wir könnten uns auf jeden Fall vorstellen das Hotel erneut zu buchen.

Ottimo hotel ottimi servizi. Porzioni piccole

Ottimo hotel 3 stelle Sup Lati positivi - colazione abbondante con prodotti ottimi, soprattutto yogurt, speck e miele - la nostra stanxa era la ORTLERSUITE, enorme stanza con bagno grande. Letti comodi tranne quello sul divano letto. - tranquillità e solo il rumore del fiume che scorre. - piscina un po freddina ma ottima e pulita. - sala palestra ben attrezzata. - sala giochi con calcio balilla e altri giochi. - sala deposito bici + scarponi + bastoni e sci - disponibilità a cambiare menù per il piccolo che non mangia nulla. - fantastica vista delle montagne verdi e con la neve. - frigo in stanza e parcheggio non custodito grande per tutti. - ottima la wi-fi in ogni punto LATI NEGATIVI - acqua alla sera 1 l euro 4,30 mentre la birra Forst 0,5 l 4,80 ottimo. Costa meno la birra che l'acqua. - cibo di qualità ma SCARSO nella quantità. Porzioni troppo piccole 2 Ravioli, 12 tortellini e 3 cucchiai di riso. Ci sono però tante verdure crude e cotte. - pulizie lasciano a desiderare. Una stanza di 30 mq + bagno non si può pulire in 5 minuti di orologio. - parlano il tedesco i camerieri e ti senti uno straniero in Italia, questo però in tutta la Val Venosta. ASSURDO. - manca un affitta bici a Solda. Devi andare a Prato consiglio Baldi euro 12,00 1 giorno

Super Hotel, 2 nachten verbleven. Ontvangst zeer gastvrij en hotel ziet er miii en gezellig uit. Hotel ligt in een rustige omgeving. Kabelbaan in de buurt tbv hiketochten. Halfpension aanrader, eten echt goed. Kortom alles super.

Auf den ersten Blick ein nettes Hotel, jedoch mit viel Verbesserungspotenzial. Negativ: -Rezeption ständig nicht besetzt (auch bei Ankunft, kein netter Empfang) -defekter Fön im Bad (trotz Hinweis wurde dieser die komplette Woche über nicht repariert) -Zimmerausstattung altmodisch, entspricht nicht den Bildern (wahrscheinlich werden die Zimmer nach und nach modernisiert) -Lampenschirme auf den Nachttischen total zugestaubt -auf dem Balkon war nur ein Stuhl, obwohl wir ein Doppelzimmer gebucht haben -Telefon nicht beschriftet bzw. keine Informationsmappe auf dem Zimmer mit Hinweisen, Telefonnummern usw. -aus dem Badezimmer drang ein beißender Geruch nach Abfluss -Zimmerreinigung sehr oberflächlich trotz Trinkgeld (Schmierflusen auf dem Boden, Boden wurde höchstens sporadisch abgesaugt, kein nachfüllen von Badeartikeln, Saunatücher wurden nicht gewechselt) -Sauna: keine zusätzlichen Handtücher in der Sauna vorhanden, Teetassen aus Kunststoff und total verdreckt von Innen, Ruheraum ist ziemlich kalt und direkt neben der Spielhalle für Kinder, Ruhe hatten wir also keine -wir hatten den Eindruck, dass größere Reisegruppen mehr umsorgt wurden und willkommener waren. Positiv: -Abendessen war sehr gut. -Frühstück war gut (auch hier waren die Teetassen dreckig). -Kellnerinnen waren immer sehr freundlich.

Super schönes Hotel mit viel Liebe geführt

Ein mit sehr viel Liebe geführtes Hotel. Man fühlt sich schon bei der Ankunft sehr wohl. Sehr schönes, sauberes und großzügiges Familienzimmer. Das Essen war hervorragend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
