Beautiful apartment block "Olympia", 4 storeys. In the resort 450 m from the centre of Sulden, in a sunny, elevated position, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 750 m from the skiing area. For shared use: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: reception, bar, breakfast room, sauna, steam room (all included), relaxation room, lift, ski boot dryer. Breakfast on request (extra). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop, grocery 450 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 100 m, café 20 m, bus stop 3.6 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, cable car 1 km, chair lift, skisport facilities 750 m, ski bus stop 20 m, children's ski school 900 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kanzellift 1 km, Rosimbahn 2.6 km, Langenstein 700 m. Hiking paths: Sulden am Ortler, Madritschhütte, Schöneck. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
