In the hamlet Canneto 2.5 km from the centre of Stellanello, in a quiet, elevated position on a slope, 14 km from the sea. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). 2 km long narrow motor access to the house. 20 m stepped path to the house. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 12.3 km, sandy beach 14 km. Etwas besonderes
Sehr saubere Wohnung über zwei Etagen, in der wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Ein geräumiges, modernes Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss. Schlaf- & Wohnbereich befinden sich im Obergeschoss & sind sehr gemütlich. Die Küche ist funktional ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Das absolute Highlight ist der alte Mühlstein & die Ölpresse im Erdgeschoss!

appartamento ben restaurato nel cuore del borgo
l'appartamento è in una vecchia casa davvero ben restaurata nel cuore di un piccolissimo borgo in mezzo agli oliveti. ideale per chi voglia, in vacanza, passare tempo nella calma e lontani dalla movida. Quasi un eremo, per certi versi! il giardinetto, piccolino, potrebbe essere curato appena un po' di più per essere più utilizzabile.
