This unit is located on the 2nd floor and has ample parking for vehicles and boats, though not gauranteed.This is in a prime location with that include internet, TV, and garbage pick-up. All paper goods included. King master bedroom, queen couch pull out, blow up mattress in unit. Come stay within walking distance of the new marina, Roys, Crabbie Dads, and more!
**Travel insurance is highly recommended-no refunds for weather etc!**

Fabulous Scalloping Weekend Getaway!
This condo is exactly as described. Comfortable with all the needed necessities to make a weekend great! Perfect location to the new marina and easy walking distance to hear great music and get a drink! Perfect stay! Will definitely return next summer!

The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our trip. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Close to everything and within walking distance. Highly recommend!
