Welcome to our new “The Lakeview” ROOFTOP APARTMENTS 1+2. After our first, very successful years with our popular “The Lakeview” Family Apartment for 4–5 people (see reviews), we have now expanded the top floor with two new, fantastic apartments designed specifically for couples or families with at most one small child. ROOFTOP APARTMENTS 1 and 2 are lovingly and fully furnished, spacious holiday apartments measuring 45 and 50 square metres, respectively, and offering a unique view of the lake. Both ROOFTOP APARTMENTS are two-room units with a separate bedroom.

On the cosy balcony, you can relax after an eventful day of holiday and let your gaze wander over the lake. Your own large garden, featuring an additional 30 m² “Schachterrasse,” a small pool, and a stream with a waterfall, makes even a day at home an enjoyable experience. These amenities are shared by all three apartments.

“The Lakeview” ROOFTOP APARTMENTS 1+2 can also be combined into one large apartment if desired.

From “The Lakeview,” you can reach countless attractions that will make your holiday at Lake Ossiach an unforgettable and varied experience.

Swimming, skiing, water sports, hiking, golf, biking, fishing, culture, or adventure: Whatever your heart desires—it’s all just a stone’s throw away. Your hosts, Gabi and Josef, look forward to your visit.

- 20 minutes to Villach and 30 minutes to Klagenfurt for culture, shopping, and weekly markets
- 15 minutes to Landskron Castle with a magnificent view of the lake and the entertaining Monkey Mountain or the impressive birds-of-prey show
- 15 minutes to the summer toboggan run or the climbing garden
- 10 minutes to the valley station of the Kanzelbahn up to the Gerlitzen for hiking or skiing in the most beautiful ski area in the region, featuring 50 km of slopes and great mountain huts.

Description of the rooms at “The Lakeview” ROOFTOP APARTMENTS:

- Kitchen: A modern kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave (only in Apartment 1), refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle.
- Living/Dining Room: A cosy dining set for 3–4 people and a very comfortable modern leather couch with a large smart TV. Lake view.
- Bedroom: A large double bed measuring 180x200 cm (Apartment 2: 160x200 cm) with very comfortable mattresses, a large closet, and a chest of drawers. View of the starry sky through the skylights.
- Bathrooms: Completely new bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring a foot massage from pebble tiles in ROOFTOP APARTMENT 2. In ROOFTOP APARTMENT 1, a very spacious bathroom with a luxurious corner bathtub.
