"Good staff, clean room and good location."

"Very affordable. Room was very clean. Breakfast was freshly made but nothing to write home about. The parking was difficult and not guaranteed when busy. Garden was neglected as was the sauna and pool area. Trash everywhere. The family owners were very, very quirky. For some reason we couldn’t understand they refused to provide a copy of the bill. Really strange. Restaurant was good and affordable as well. It’s Eberbach!"

"Very nice hotel , food was good, rooms clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. One VERY disappointing aspect was the service staff, B Singh, specifically. Zero personality and very rude. Interacted twice asking for ice and treated my adult daughter with attitude and front desk staff had to intervene as well. Not a good look for hotel."

"Definitely not premium. More like cost-cutting central. In the restaurant they have ready meals they re-heat and serve to guests. For cleaning you need to request it, and also the small print is to request by 6am. And even checking in, they pass you the task of completing the registration form on a screen. "I dont know what people smoked to give this hotel excellent reviews. The staff was fantastic but the rest terrible. This is a super old hotel with ZERO investments to keep it up. I am glad i am slim, because the shower is so tiny that you have to shower with the doors open if you weight more than 180 pounds. Internet speed is like dial in modem in the 90. TV is so small that you have to go out of the bed and sit in front if it to see something!"
