"Wir hatten einen netten Empfang durch den Hausmeister. Die Wohnung haben wir wie beschrieben und erwartet vorgefunden. Hervorzuheben ist der relativ neue Pool und die dazugehörige Sauna! Meiner Tochter hat es viel Spaß gebracht die Zeit dort zu verbringen. Und obwohl in diesem Haus sehr viele Menschen sind, war es nie überfüllt. Es sind umgebaute Garagen nicht zu empfehlen.!!!!Das Haus Holter Str. 7 war sehr gut, Umgebung gut,Für ältere Menschen wie wir 83 und 89 Jahre die Treppezu steil. "Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, man hat alles was man benötigt. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter, was wir für unseren Enkel ( 2 Jahre ) sehr gut war.Leider schließen die Haustüre sehr laut, so dass man schon mal früher geweckt wird. Bemängeln würden wir auch die Sauberkeit, der Fußböden , wurde wohl längere Zeit nicht gewischt, spinnengewebe wurde auch übersehen. In der Sommerzeit sollten auch die Terrassen Möbel gereinigt werden. Aber zum Schluß nochmal was positives, wir haben...

"Die Wohnung war ok,man hat dort alles was man braucht, Schwimmbad ist super.Zum Wasser nur über den Deich. Der Hafen ist auch nicht weit, wir waren auf Helgoland. Zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant Seeterasse was ziemlich nah am Fährhafen liegt.Wir geben 10 Punkte, es war Topp. 70€ für zwei mit jeder 2 Getränke und Vorspeise."
