"Das Haus hält genau das was in der Beschreibung versprochen wird. Großes Grundstück und ein sehr guter Pool der angenehm warm ist. Zustand des Hauses ist sehr gut einzustufen. Super gute Betreuung durch den Vermierer und den Personen vor-Ort. Immer erreichbare Verwalterim und schnelle Reaktion des Gärtnern und Poolbetreuers. Alles problemlos gelöst wenn Fragen oder kleine Probleme aufgetreten sind. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt und sollte sich damit für ein Haustier eignen. Viele Hunde in der Gegend die gerne auch in der Nacht hörbar sind. Nachbarn gibt es keine nur kleine Lauben mit Hühnern und Tauben sind vorhanden. Die Außenküche ist sehr angenehm...gutes Grillen jederzeit möglich.Insgesamt eignet es sich gut für Familien mit Kindern oder kleinere Reisegruppen."

"Die Villa Andrea ist eine tolle Unterkunft für Gruppen, die gerne unter sich bleiben wollen und die gemeinsame Zeit genießen wollen. Es gibt zwar in unmittelbarer Nähe eine/weitere Villen jedoch ist man gut von einander getrennt. Im Ort gibt es zwei kleine Shops mit Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs jedoch ist die Auswahl eingeschränkt und die Preise höher als in einem herkömmlichen Supermarkt. Aber diese beiden Shops sind fussläufig zu erreichen und daher ein toller Pluspunkt. Aber sonst darf man von dem Dorf nichts erwarten. Ein Auto ist hilfreich, aber kein Muss, wenn man sich hauptsächlich in der Villa aufhalten möchte. Für unsere Bedürfnisse sollte das Küchenequipment jedoch etwas aufgestockt werden. Für 10 bzw 12 Personen die gerne viel und aufwändig kochen, könnte es nicht ausreichend sein. Ein besonderes Lob müssen wir unserem Host Konstantin aussprechen: ein toller Gastgeber mit tollen Tips für Restaurants/Bars/Strandplätzen die wir allesamt angenommen und ausgetestet haben.Wir waren 9 Männer zwischen 30 und 40 Jahren und haben die 5 Tage wunderbar genossen.
