However, like any travel experience in a post-hurricane landscape, there are nuances to navigate, and from world-class hospitality to the inevitable high-pressure membership pitches, here is the breakdown of my stay. The hotel is immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds and pools that create a great atmosphere for a getaway, and what you see online is exactly what you get. The entire staff is absolutely amazing, extremely friendly, and genuinely welcoming, but a huge shoutout must go to Auletta, the very first person who greeted us at the hotel and was just the sweetest and most welcoming person you could ever want to meet, as well as Uton at the lobby bar who is definitely the man and made the experience even better. For folks who don't want to miss their fitness, there is a great gym facility on-site, and while the beach is quite rocky, the pool area is fantastic with plenty of space to lounge. It is important to note that Jamaica is still recovering from Hurricane Melissa and the hotel isn't fully staffed"

"Stayed from Friday night to Monday morning. They offer a very tasty complimentary Jamaican breakfast, but the portions are small. The coffee was excellent (best blue mountain peak coffee I've tasted at a hotel). The room was small but clean, and offers a kitchenette with a full sized refridgerator! Overall, a decent experience. "

"Beautiful property, most of the staff are absolutely amazing... but due to the few inconveniences we had we will not be back to this couples.... we will stick with Negril and swept away, hopefully they are still as we remember . Still 5 star but dropped the ball on us this stay. Probably more my luck , then the norm."
