"Stunning location, clean room and overall good value for money. I would've scored higher for amenities if the room had a fridge and all the plug sockets worked. Fascinating history, you must read the history of these ancient grounds before you take a walk, especially around the 12th century ruins. The staff were lovely but unfortunately the restaurant on the Friday was shambolic, with barely anything available from the already small menu, it took ages to arrive and was missing key ingredients when it eventually did. It's only a small restaurant too and I felt for the young staff doing their absolute best."

"Lovely property very spacious and had everything you needed we were a group of 11 ladies parking was great we had a visit from a friendly neighbours dog she was called Yoko The cottage is very central to alot of amenities and attractions and the price was very good if you want to use the pool table there is a charge of 20p per game which was mentioned in the book on arrival with other information but I think it should have been mentioned on the cottage advertisment so you can make sure you have 20p on you"

"An absolutely beautiful hotel from the moment you enter the grounds. Wonderfully renovated property with gorgeous understated style everywhere. Our bedroom was luxurious and comfortable with complimentary minibar and home made snacks. Very welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast and dining were of a good standard in great surroundings. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Will return."

"A very large and comfortable house with great views over the countryside. Everything spotlessly clean and well appoointed. Jess was very welcoming. Llawhaden Castle, an old ruin, is just a couple of hundred yards away. Pembroke Castle is an easy trip and absolutely worth it. This was our second visit, and we hope to return."
