The cottage has been carefully restored to suit the era but still has all the modern facilities to make your stay easy. Thanks to Jen, the host, who responded promptly to all enquiries.Would highly recommend as a base to explore the history and the vineyards in the area"

"We had a great time staying in the Moon Lover tent with our 6 & 7yo. Everything was perfect! The kids loved having a fire, sleeping in the tent together and walking/running the 3.5km loop in the bush😊 It’s a great weekend retreat (we drove from Adelaide for the night)."

"Historic Air’s cottage was absolutely delightful, perfectly situated to explore the township of Penola. Wonderful attention to historic detail, collections of antiquity and quirky surprises. Jen had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The entertaining area outside was great and the garden well tended. Thank you Jen, we really enjoyed our stay."
