I stayed here as it was recommended by a friend, the area is great. You are close to the main strip and the water. The check-in attendant asked me if expedia offered me free parking and i said no- so she laughed and said they usually do- this was poor customer service. I asked her if she can offer me free parking, she said no and laughed again- super strange way of making customers feel welcomed. The room was dirty, there was finger print marks everywhere, especially the mirrors. I would not recommend nor visit here again.

We had a nice stay, the staff were all very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great, lots of options. Our room and the entire hotel was very clean. The only thing that missing is a restaurant or bar with seating. There is a small bar at the entrance of the hotel, but only a few tables in the lobby to sit at. Food options were disappointing, and not being able to order the food / drinks up to the room wasn’t the best. Overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Great room, comfortable beds, spacious room and well appointment bathroom. It is not a huge hotel so it is quiet, even in the heart of the entertainment district. Valet parking is a bonus as an expedia member and wonderful given how expensive it is to park in the city. We really enjoy staying here.

Great location downtown Toronto. The room was small but nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. The best treat is the 27th floor adult pool, hot tub, and observation deck. Gorgeous!
