"The staff was great. Our shower faucet was held up by tape. The shampoo bottle came unmounted from the wall and the shower gel bottle was empty. The AC worked but was very noisy."

"The hotel was very dirty in general. Toothpaste in the soap dish. Not enough shampoo or body wash. Stains on the towels. Chair had cigarette burns. Shower drain was clogged with hair and had to remove to get it to drain. Pee all over the bottom of the toilet dried on there. Bathroom door didn’t latch. ..."
