Size of property: 200m². "Steckborn" Pure relaxation in all 4 seasons! In Steckborn, on a hillside, 4 1/2 room maisonette flat (timber construction) with separate entrance from the outside, fireplace inside and outside, open-plan kitchen into the dining-living room, a bathroom with bath and shower and a large sun terrace with fantastic views of Lake Constance (Untersee TG). The house is heated with gas heating. There are electric storage heaters in the 2 small rooms. 2 parking spaces in front of the house (further parking at the railway station). The pretty old town of Steckborn is well worth a visit. The beautiful lakeside promenade and the restaurants by the lake invite you to linger. In summer, the "Seebadi" and the many small lakeside bays offer an impressive experience. There are countless excursion possibilities from Steckborn in all seasons. Facilities: The house is equipped for a maximum of 6 people, has plenty of space and is surrounded by a lockable fence. It has an outdoor and an indoor fireplace. A large pergola in summer with various garden furniture: 2 tables, chairs, lunch set, deckchairs, water hose etc. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Pets welcome, TV and radio available, 2 car parking spaces in front of the house. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern vor Ort und hatten viel Platz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet zum selbst Kochen. Sehr netter Konakt mit der Besitzerin.

Excellent view of Bodensee
Excellent view. The apartment gets warm on hot summer days (and the following night). Plenty of space outside. Outdoor grill. Very helpful host.
