Great as a base for hiking trips around Stavanger

Great choice for a stay in Stavanger to go hiking in the surroundings. Clean and with a kitchen that allows for making your own means. Appliances are excellent. The bedroom could need a new set of blinders/curtains.

Nice

All perfect. Dishwasher had some soap tablets ready for use, same with washing machine. Simple kitchen with all stuff needed, nice looking rooms (as in not falling apart etc looked clean and modern). Good bathroom and shower, bedroom with sliding doors. Did not hear any noise from other guests around. Would stay there again. Was not sure where to throw extra trash and did not have wifi password upon arrival, (called to get it) but that didn't matter much in overall experience

The family enjoyed the apartment, it was clean and very comfortable. The location was OK. One thing I did not like was was communicating through Expedia. Expedia app is not convenient to use for communicating with the property, and the app also prevented exchange of email addresses (which would have been much more convenient once we were on the road and working from mobile phones).

Clean, convenient and comfortable

We were pleased with the amount of space in the upstairs bedroom and sitting room. We also found the area to be very useful when drying our clothes after using the washer/dryer combo. The kitchen was all we really needed and the down bedroom was a bit cramped. It was also a small challenge to access the electrical plug ins in the bedroom. The area was a nice walk from everything and wonderfully close to the train station.

Uappetittlig opplevelse!

Ved ankomst var leiligheten iskald og ingen varme var satt på. Kun 2 små panelovner brukte ett døgn på å få noenlunde komfortabel temperatur inne. Leiligheten var greit utstyrt. Jeg skulle ta meg et glass vann på kvelden og tok ut et glass av skapet jeg forventet var rent. ETTER at jeg hadde drukket av det så jeg at det lå en negl i glasset!! Yækkk!! Det var en forferdelig ekkel opplevelse! Ved undersøkelse av de andre glassene så jeg at de hadde typiske renner som man får når man ikke bruker skyllemiddel i oppvaskmaskinen. På badet var en strømkontakt ved vasken helt løs. På den positive siden var beliggenheten ok. Jeg kommer neppe tilbake..

Fin leilighet med veldig sentral beliggenhet

Utrolig bra beliggenhet rett overfor Breiavatnet i Stavanger sentrum med alt innen rekkevidde på 5-10 minutters gange. Litt bratt bakke når man går tilbake til leiligheten som kan være tungt for de litt eldre, men overkommelig for de fleste. Ren, lys og trivelig leilighet med utrolig gode senger. Eneste ulempen var at vi opplevde mye støy fra gaten sent på kvelden fredag og lørdag.

Fin leilighet, nært sentrum

Hadde et veldig fint opphold med familien. Rent og pent sted. Litt anonymt med kritthvite vegger uten bilder, eller annen pynt. Men det er bagateller. Minus var at det ikke var mulig å lukke vinduet helt, på soverommet nede. Mye nattestøy i helgene i Stavanger by. Men alt i alt var det et supert sted 😊

Leilighet med egen vaskemaskin.

Det aller beste med leiligheten er vaskemaskinen. Skjeve madrasser i sengå, slik at me sklir i nedoverbakke.. Røyklukt siver inn, via ventiler og vinduet. Sofaen hadde lav rygg, slik at me fekk isje slappet av i ryggen og nakken. Men stor god dusj, men vannet ble fort kaldt. Våknet mitt på natten, av at noen banket på ytterdøren. Men me lukket aldri opp.

Veldig fint overnattingssted. Veldig sentralt og veldig enkelt med innsjekk, som bare var å få koden til døra på sms. Veldig gode kjøkkenfasiliteter. Hadde problemer med den ene senga, men sa i fra og de skulle fikse det med en gang.

Mye bråk fra kjøleskap også kunne det godt vært en vifte på rommer ( veldig varmt) ellers gode senger ei heller noe problem og få litt senere utsjekk++
