"Der Schlüsselkasten ist eine Katastrophe. Silberne Zahlen auf einem silbernen Drehrad, weder im Hellen noch im Dunklen mit Taschenlampe lesbar. Bei der Ausstattung der Wohnung ist noch Luft nach oben (Geschirr usw). Der Fernseher ist nicht zu bedienen es ist nicht möglich ein Programm einzustellen. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung die Wohnung war sauber und vor allem sehr ruhig."

"We had a very positive experience at the Welcome Hotel. It is in a perfect location, just take an elevator across the street to get to the beautiful Old Town area. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Kristen Thiele, were all friendly and helpful. Kristen went out of her way to help us with the train scheduling. The included breakfast was wonderful. Our only complaint was that the shower was very small. Overall, a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again."
