"Room was amazing and breakfast good. Seemed to be in a quiet area but ubers are cheap enough to get around. However. We used it as a pit stop on our guided trip so never had the intention of exploring from there. Pool was nice. Had a few drinks and some food on the evening. Decent enough. "

The pool was bijou and quiet but at times was busy with children but it was easy to find a quiet time if that's what you prefer. Breakfast had multiple options including freshly cooked omelettes and dosa so it should suit most people. "

"It is a terrible hotel to stay with the family. We are from UK and the hotel room was dirty. We have to get out from the hotel as my little son have seen the rats in the room and have to move out with in 10 minutes and find another hotel. Reported with the receptions and they are very rude and refused to refund the money. "

"We stayed at this hotel from 31/07/25 to 03/08/25 and had a wonderful experience. The ambience and décor are truly amazing…you have to see them in detail to fully appreciate the beauty. The rooms are spacious with a very good shower. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and respectful, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and we chose to have dinner at the hotel as well. The food was delicious, with a traditional style that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, a memorable stay with warm hospitality and excellent service."

When he dined at the hotel restaurant, service was excellent — Chef Harshit specially came out to engage my husband, understand his food allergy and made him a tailored dish. Truly appreciative of the hotel’s attention to detail and service, for taking care of my husband :)"

"Alsisar Haveli beautiful, elegant and impeccably maintained, with daily cleaning throughout. Restaurant was wonderful with a good mix of food choices. Rooms are spacious blending historical character with modern comforts. The courtyard area was calming and unique. The pool was a delightful. While not right in the city center, it is about 15 mins to Jaipur’s historic core. "

"Hotel Ruby was a good hotel, and the stay was really pleasant. The only reason I’m deducting two stars is that the AC wasn’t working, and the ceiling fan wasn’t functioning properly—it didn’t provide sufficient airflow. Apart from that, everything else was nice. "
