FRAUDULENT LISTING: Horrible Experience
We had many issues with this property.
1. Not ski in ski out as advertised
2. Incorrect room arrangements
We booked a 2 bedroom 2 twin beds and one queen, we received a 2 bedroom 2 queens
We got a completely different room than the pictures. We booked this place for the ski in ski out and the bath tub. We did not get a either. Our room was much smaller than advertised
3. Was told a 6 person room, while it only fits 4
4. Staff were very rude and unhelpful.
Our car broke down and they didn’t have jumper cables. It took them hours to help.
The manager, Holly, yelled at us over the phone.
Staff refused to shovel the snow and ice from the cars.
5. Hot tub was incredibly dirty the first night. 2nd night it broke.
6. Unresponsive host.
We messaged him about the issues we had, we did not get a response.
All in all a horrible experience and response from the Ridge Sierra and our host. Would not recommend to anyone and we are currently trying to get in contact with VRBO for fraud and false advertising. We did not get what we paid for.
