We have properly disclosed the stairs, and we do not offer same-day refunds because a member of your party is unable to climb the stairs.

AC/FAN:
While the property does not have air conditioning, it features a whole house fan that efficiently cools the space. Please make sure to open all windows prior to using the fan.

SECURITY:
For your peace of mind, there is an exterior security camera monitoring the entrance. There are no other cameras inside the house or anywhere that would affect your privacy.
