"Self parking was very convenient, they do offer valet if you want.. they both have a fee.. staff was awesome! They were super busy because the day we checked in they had 3 weddings scheduled. We got there super early but they got us in a few hours before our Check in time which was great! Rooms were very clean and beds were super comfy!
Hershey park was about 30 min away.
We walked a few blocks to the bridge which was very pretty. My kids had a lot of fun even though we were just there for the night. "

"Absolutely horrific experience — do not stay here. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed, and calling it “luxurious” is a complete lie. The apartment was filthy upon arrival: debris on the floors, sticky kitchen surfaces, dirty cookware, food smeared on the fridge, pink scum in the tub, a moldy shower curtain, and what appeared to be a dried fecal or bloody handprint on the wall. There were no basic necessities: no forks, dish soap, hand soap, or clean linens. The three towels provided were stained and covered in hair and the A/C barely worked. Blinds were broken, and the overall condition was unacceptable.Management admitted the unit hadn’t been cleaned and told me to stay in a hotel for the first night while they resolved it — but when I returned, nothing had changed. I had to buy my own towels and sheets just to make the space livable. Their customer service was unprofessional and dismissive, even admitting to receiving “quite a few” bad reviews. I requested a refund to just go stay in a hotel, however they refused. Avoid this listing at all costs — it’s unsafe, unclean, and a complete scam. "
"Our stay was peaceful and relaxing even though we were in the heart of downtown Harrisburg. Even the full-time residents at the building were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was VERY clean and welcoming. The best part of the trip was by far the communication between the us and the host. Very prompt and flexible service when we had an issue with the TV. We definitely give 5 plus stars!"
