Holiday Home 'La Casa Holzwiesen' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

La Casa Holzwiesen:

A cozy and romantic self-catering wooden house between the northern Black Forest and the Swabian Alb in the district of Tübingen. With large living room and fireplace, a bedroom with double bed, a sofa bed, a covered terrace with barbecue and own sauna directly in the house.

A true dream for nature lovers, adventurers and connoisseurs!

The house is accessible by car all year round and parking is available free of charge.



About the accommodation:

This cozy and romantic wooden house with garden is located in Starzach- Wachendorf, also called the Swabian Tuscany far from stress and noise. The property is located in the residential and recreational area Holzwiesen.

Ideal as a starting point for hiking and cycling trips. On the nearby Neckar you have the unique opportunity to explore the Neckar valley and its beautiful landscape with an exciting canoe expedition or stand up paddle board. Also the

Neckartal bike path is only a few kilometers away.

Also many leisure activities such as volleyball, soccer and playgrounds are adjacent and in the immediate vicinity.

If the weather is not so great, light the fireplace and enjoy the time in the sauna.

Electricity and hot water is available.

Heating is mainly provided by a wood-burning stove. If necessary, the electric heating can also be switched on.



About the place:

The municipality of Starzach in the district of Tübingen, on the edge of the Swabian Alb and the gateway to the Black Forest. Lies between Tübingen and Horb am Neckar with about 4300 inhabitants.

Starzach and the surrounding villages offer a very good infrastructure such as stores, banks, restaurants, swimming lakes, outdoor pools, weekly markets, shopping opportunities and much more.

Perfect place to relax

A wonderful house to stay with your dog. You can take long walks directly from the garden. The house was also fully equipped and exceeded our expectations. The owner was friendly and helpful.

Dem Kölschen Karneval entflohen und nicht enttäuscht

Pros: Die Lage war schön ruhig umzingelt von Wald und Feld. Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub mit Hund. Viele Wanderwege in der Umgebung Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts! Erstaunlich, wie gut das Häuschen (insbesondere die Küche) ausgestattet ist. Sogar an die Fellnasen wird hier gedacht. Genügend Feuerholz um es sich vor dem Kamin gemütlich zu machen ist vorhanden. Für die Sauna gibt es verschiedene Extrakte für Aufgüsse. Der Gastgeber ist unfassbar freundlich. Er kam einmal vorbei um zu schauen ob wir alles haben. Außerdem ist uns der Besen aus der Hand gerutscht und kaputt gegangen. Einen Ersatz wollte er nicht haben: "ach da gibt es schlimmeres. Das kann passieren." Alles in allem sehr schön hier. Cons: Meckern auf hohem Niveau: Der Keller ist leider etwas kalt. Für die Nutzung der Sauna unproblematisch, wenn da nicht der Vierbeiner wäre, der natürlich vor der Sauna auf uns warten wollte😅 Bei Nutzung der Dusche ist das halbe Bad etwas geflutet, worüber man aber durchaus hinweg sehen kann. Wir haben den Badezimmerteppich davor gelegt und diesen im Anschluss zum trocknen neben die Handtücher gehangen. Wahrscheinlich ist er auch genau dafür gedacht. Das Haus musste ordentlich aufgeheizt werden. Hier reicht der Kamin nicht aus. Dieser Brauch zu viel Zeit und Holz um eine wohlige Wärme zu bieten. Die Klimaanlage hilft hier aber schnell und macht es mollig warm.

Tolles Haus mit Wohlfühlambiente

Pros: Das Haus besticht durch seine Sauberkeit und die schöne gemütliche Einrichtung. Der Kamin lädt zum Verweilen ein und die hauseigene Sauna zum Entspannen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort und sind von der Gastfreundschaft des Gastgebers begeistert. Bei Fragen war er jedes Mal für uns erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle. Wir können das Häuschen jedem ans Herz legen, der mal dem Alltag entfliehen und richtig entspannen möchte. Das wird hier möglich gemacht. :)

Mega entspanntes verlängertes Wochenende

Pros: Das ganze Haus, die tolle Einrichtung, sehr geschmackvoll und alles abgestimmt. Sehr sehr sauber, dass möchte ich nochmal betonen. Die Einbauschränke sind top. Der Kamin und die Sauna natürlich auch 👍 Der wunderschöne Garten ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Ich kann das Haus mit guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Werden bestimmt wieder hinfahren.

Ankommen und sich sofort wohlfühlen

Die Ferien waren für uns und unsere zwei Hunde sehr erholsam und abwechslungsreich. Das Haus war ruhig gelegen und ideal für viele Ausflüge, Spaziergänge und zum sich Wohlfühlen. Der Garten, das Haus und die Einrichtung sowie die Umgebung haben uns so gut gefallen, dass wir sicherlich wieder kommen.

Super Ferienhaus und freundlicher Kontakt. Entspannung pur.

Pros: Die geschmackvolle, schöne Einrichtung, sowie die ruhige und dennoch gute Lage des Hauses sind super. Alles hat ganz unkompliziert funktioniert und war sehr gut auf Hundebesuch eingestellt. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Casa Holzwiesen uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
