The customer service great. The lady that checked us was so nice, she gave us menus to nearby restaurants. The room was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Open during the great freeze of 2024
I stayed in hotel during the great freeze of 2024when the entire area was shut down due to 1/2" of ice and snow. Nearly every business was shut for 36 hours. The hotel stayed open, breakfast was served and it was good, rooms were cleaned. Clearly different people were doing those jobs but you would not have noticed. Staff did an incredible job keeping everything working properly. Every member of staff should be commended. They did such a good job coming back to stay this week

We spent one night here in November 2023. It was located at a halfway point on our road trip south. La Quinta was a great place to stay - we had a king room. Loved the walk-in shower. Very clean and nice toiletries. Staff was super nice. We ate at the restaurant next door - great burgers. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great property given what’s available in Starkville. Not walkable to anything but Walk Ons. Kinda noisy. It was Graduation weekend so I guess that should be expected. Very accommodating for pets. Breakfast was just ok. Very friendly staff. I did like the Dove products in the shower.

Confusion to check in, kept saying there was no reservation although 3 or 4 calls were made prior to check in confirming the reservation. Also the toilet did not work and the property knew that before checking in. A new toilet was put in the room last night, my 2nd night. Overall disappointing staty. I'm requesting a partial refund.

Campus visit
We were visiting Mississippi State with our son. The hotel was close to campus. It was also very close to a Walmart and only a couple of minutes from several restaurants and downtown. We have stayed at this location three or four times now. It is clean, easy to get to, and has friendly, helpful employees. We will be back again.
