Relaxed stay for football season

This was perfect for our trip from out of state to catch a football game. It was a great price and there was more than enough room for our group of 4. Only knock was a few cockroaches we came across, but only two really isn’t a deal breaker. The rest of the house was clean and ready for our stay

• Positive neighborhood/location • Towels in the bathroom did not appear freshly washed • Filthy kitchen towel • No face cloths or dish rags provided in the home • Bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned (e.g., tubs and toilets) • Mismatched sheets on all beds • Dryer does not work properly; takes 2 hours to dry an average load • Overall dissatisfaction with cleanliness and preparation, especially given the cost

This house has 3 good sized bedrooms and each has a bathroom. It’s a great place to stay if you want to be close to Mississippi State.

Floors felt sticky, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The bathrooms were dirty and the bed sheets felt dirty. The beds were uncomfortable and there were very few pillows on each bed.

Communication was fine, maybe a little too much. No problems checking in. That being said…, The house was AWFUL!!! Roaches in every room. The house smelled of mold and smoke. The kitchen and bathrooms were disgusting! The bath towels were likely not clean. A smelly load of laundry was left in the washing machine. We would have left, but due to college move-in, there were no availabilities anywhere. Highly suggest a cleaning service.
