"The Sykes Cottages customer service is appalling. No number to ring and the response time to the text and WhatsApp is ridiculous. The cottage was great but Sykes were not. After booking I had a problem with amending the name on the booking and getting a receipt. I was eventually told it was not possible to make amendments but it was also not possible to do this on hotels.com. Also one of our party left an iPad and is quite rightly worried about. "Loved everything location the lovely cottage itself everything you need the only slight downside is it’s pot luck with parking but I would recommend if you are there for 3 days or more a weekly parking pass for £15 is the go for the car park just down the road by the canal 😀"
