"Great house and great host. We had a group of three families totaling 14 guests and had plenty of space and entertainment to keep everyone busy. Perfect setting for getting together for a long weekend to celebrate the holidays."

"The host was great. The house was great. The location was great. We really enjoyed the bonus space downstairs and the hot tub. The darts were a huge hit with the kiddos. We are even thinking of renting it in the summertime as well. I would give this visit 5 stars, but while the house was mostly clean, it smelled of mildew when we first walked in and was due for a deep clean. I spent a lot of time cleaning dishes from the kitchen cabinets and the Tiki Bar before I was able to use them. Also, the stairs are very narrow at the turn and are super slick, so my very able-bodied and coordinated husband took a hard tumble. That was scary. Thankfully, he only suffered some bruising and a headache. The little touches were nice, like plug-in flashlights, and the toilet spray would have been super useful due to sharing toilets amongst 4 people, but the little spray cans were empty. Just a little extra touching up and attention to detail would easily make this a 5-star lodging experience. "

"This property was exactly what we were looking for! We are a multi generational family who got together for Thanksgiving and this was a perfect fit for great grandparents to a baby. We started each day for a walk, went on hikes during the day, played games and watched movies. It was a great space to spend time with each other but to also give space for when the college student needed to do some work or the baby needed to sleep. The living room view through the big windows was to die for and was our favorite! "

"We took a guys golf trip to DHL. The cabin is very close to the golf course and the state dock. It was clean and easy to get to. I would stay here again."

We absolutely enjoyed being able to use the shoreline for fishing and the marina for a boat rental to extend our vacation and memories. "
