"Our key wouldn't work, we were on the second floor had to go up and down stairs 3 times and the guy finally came and unlocked the door himself, the tv was tiny, the bathtub felt like it was going to fall through the floor and it was not very clean. "This was a convenient place to stay as we were passing through. It is definitely an older facility. Our room was so humid there seemed to be a layer of moisture on everything. Cooling system definitely needs updated. The breakfast area looked nice and clean but there wasn't a lot offered so we didn't eat there"

"Things need fixing. Neither of the tub faucets work right, 1 is unusable which is a big deal with littles like we have. Light over the upstairs tub needed to be replaced. Fridge only makes crushed ice and water dispenser doesn’t work so bring drinking water. The yard needed to be mowed and had some old poop in it. The biggest disappointment was the fact that the lake is so low there’s no water by the house. Pontoon boat that is advertised is unusable and looks like it hasn’t been used in a while. Forget about fishing from the house, but the neighborhood fishing pier is nice located a couple roads over. Hot tub did not work at all while we were there, so that was another advertised amenity that wasn’t useable. When we arrived some of the linens and towels weren’t fresh but that was addressed and fixed quickly. I sent a list of all the issues to the owners the first night and they said everything would be addressed. I wish we would have known beforehand that half the amenities weren’t available. We wanted a house where we could do most of the activities from there and not have to drive other places to swim, fish, and boat. This was not that house. House was very clean and well put together. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family. Furniture and beds are comfortable and really appreciated the baby items, but bring baby gate if you have a little you want to keep off the stairs. Conveniently located near stores and restaurants."
