Relax with the whole family at Louann Lodge! A dog friendly, serene lakefront cottage on all sports Nevins Lake! Cottage features 130 feet of private lakefront property with a private dock. Create a lifetime of memories fishing, swimming, kayaking, biking and playing games! Enjoy tranquil mornings drinking your coffee on our spacious waterfront deck and relaxing evenings with incredible sunsets around the outdoor gas fire-pit. Pontoon rental available May-Sept.

Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage. Home features gas fieldstone fireplace, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, main floor laundry and spacious living areas. Large lakefront windows provide an abundance of natural light. Large dining room table seats 6. Outdoor dining and lounge seating on water facing deck. Grill, outdoor cooking utensils and outdoor firepit provided. Create memories in our walkout game room with a ping pong table, foosball, juxebox and a variety of board games. Kayak, paddle board and two bikes available for use at no charge. Bring your boat or rent ours! Pontoon rental available during summer months. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking and baking equipment, Crock pot, toaster, waffle maker, keurig and drip coffee maker. New Serta mattresses and soft bed linens. Large bedroom features two queen and one full bed. Bedroom 1 boasts large king and bedroom 2 has additional queen bed. Child safety is our priority! Safety locks for cabinets available and exterior entrances have safety handles. Pack and play available upon request and booster seat on premises.

Located in the quaint friendly neighborhood of Gracie Acres. Enjoy walking and biking through the low traffic areas. A large field across from the house to enjoy a family fun game of Wiffle ball or a competitive game of corn hole!

Cozy cottage on the lake

The cottage was beautifully finished and clean. We golfed, ate in, ate out, fished, played games, corn hole, paddle boarded, and enjoyed our family. It was perfect.

Family Wedding Sleepover

We gathered at Louann cottage before and after a family wedding. It was a splendid spot for 10 family members, with charming bedrooms and a large gathering space to drink coffee and tell stories from the ceremony. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the deck and lake. A beautiful space for beautiful memories!

Relaxing

Girls weekend with 6 best friends. The outdoor property was beautiful but the weather was cold so we stayed in. Enjoyed homemade meals, the fireplace, and watching movies. We even had a fun evening singing karaoke in the basement!! Thank you for the memorable weekend.

Beautiful place for Family Christmas

Family coming in from all over. This was a great place for us to meet and enjoy a few days together. Jennifer was a great host very helpful with everyrhing about the property. She was quick yo reapond to our questions. The decorations were up for Christmas. We really enjoyed our stay.

Holiday visit

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property while visiting family for Christmas. There was a Christmas coffee cake waiting for us at check in. We would definitely recommend this home.
