"Our stay was fabulous. The living space was spacious and comfortable! Well stocked with cooking utensils. The bedrooms upstairs are cozy. Not a lot of privacy, but enough for a few close friends and family. Two of the beds are in a loft so be prepared to climb a ladder. Over all, very little negative to say. If I was ever in the area again, I would stay."

"I left my favorite blanket there by accident. I called and they mailed it to me very quickly! Also, the breakfast was delicious! We definitely will be going back but next time I want to be sure and get a room with a fireplace!"

"Super comfortable place with a smooth check in/out!"

"Great location in Morrisville - allowed easy access to Hardwick (for dinner at Cork and Fork - excellent), Stowe (for skiing), and Waterbury (also for skiing at Bolton). We stayed in winter, so campground is closed - we had the place to ourselves and could walk the dog down along the river - very peaceful."

"Such a beautiful property and an amazing treehouse. It was clean and so cozy. Great place to stay the night and we would love to come again. "

"The cabin was immaculate and so cute with all the little touches. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there."

"Great place to stay!!"

"Incredible post and beam barn, basecamp was everything it was advertised as and then some!"

"We went mountain biking over the July 4th weekend. The location is great, close to the river, shops and restaurants as well as to the bike trails. Nice to have a shed to store the bikes at night, with outlets for an eMTB charging. I will stay here again."

"Would stay there again !!"

"The cabin was very clean, and the setting is lovely. Inside, things are very well arranged. We were there during an intense heat wave, and were grateful for the very effective A/C. A sweet spot!"
