"I stayed three nights with my two teenage daughters. Our experience was most positive in every way. The staff were very attentive and helpful to all our queries. The hotel is clean and quiet. "This place was architecturly amazing and beautiful within. The rooms, bar and spa were stunning and exuded luxury. The only thing that let it down was the buffet breakfast. It was OK but not 5 star. If this was to improve, for example, made to order breakfast then this place could truly be one of the best hotels in Europe."

Balconies in some rooms. Excellent and very elaborate buffet breakfast until 11 AM (!) Nearby restaurant Karczma Biały Potok. A little further, but not to be missed, Karczma Czarci Jar. When in the commercial center do not miss STRH, and it is easy to miss."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. A Beautiful building. The staff was extremely helpful and many of them were speaking English. The room was spacious, with very modern sophisticated switches. I do recommend to try them all… The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows and a warm comforter. The spa with an indoor and an outdoor pool is on the top floor. We tried the massage and all 3 ladies were excellent. The food was good but not excellent. If I ever get a chance to return I’ll definitely will…"

"Our stay was very pleasant. We traveled with a group and rented two adjacent rooms. Each room had a balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains. It was truly peaceful and serene. The ladies who operate the hotel are wonderful and cook delicious breakfasts each morning—you can smell the freshly baked goods from the room. The property is clean and well maintained. Ending the day of hiking with a sauna was perfection."
