"The cottage was cute & within a mini cottage subdivision & a close drive to beaches. The unit was clean with new wooden interior so smelled like new wood. We thought it was central air, but turned out to be a/c unit in main family room. We had to crank it down to cool the bedrooms at nite. Laundry ..."
