"We stayed for 3 nights and I can honestly say it was the cleanest place I ever stayed in Old Orchard Beach. The neighborhood was really quiet, so it was awesome for our little ones to go to sleep early. They had everything you could ever need for a trip, and more. The only complaint we have is the sink nasal spraying everywhere, which seemed to only be a water pressure issue, so no big deal at all. The host was very communicative for our upcoming trip. "It was a quick weekend trip, but the house was very comfortable and close to the town of Bridgton. Check in/out was extremely easy and communication with the host was seamless. The house isn't right on the water, but there are still nice lake-views and a short walk down to the shared beach access."

"Everything was great. One small suggestion it would be helpful to have a small binder in the house with info regarding Wi-Fi, Instructions on how to use TVs, and check in check out policies, ie trash day pick up. But great place to stay and would rent this house again. Yard was perfect too! Thank you"
