"They were remodeling so somethings will improve. We really enjoyed our stay except for two things, First we opened the refrigerator and it had a roach in it so we weren't willing to put food in it, luckily we brought a cooler. When we reported it they really didn't seem to care. Second on two occasions I needed to speak to the front desk person and both times they were out back smoking. This is my main choice for staying and I think this was my fourth visit. I'm willing to think remodeling might have stirred up bugs however the front desk issue seems to have been an issue on every visit."

"This place is an absolute gem. If you're considering booking it for a summer stay, we cannot recommend it strongly enough. We stayed with 4 total guests and two dogs and the space was perfect for us. One additional couple could have easily fit, or two additional couples if people want to sleep on the couches or floor. The balcony view is insane for sunrise, sunset, and storm watching"

"Clean and peaceful. Enjoyed our stay and sitting out back and watching the fireflies. The barn cats visited us. If you cook bring your own seasonings if you want more than salt and pepper. Great cabin and hosts."
