"We love the lodge at Dale Hollow State Park. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is always so friendly. The restaurant has an affordable and lovely breakfast buffet. The views of the lake from our room were beautiful. Be sure to pay for the lake view rooms with balcony. It’s worth it for the early morning views . It is so convenient to the boat launch. Love love love"
Peaceful Farm Atmosphere
10/10 Excellent
"Yes, there's NO t.v. And it was wonderful. Came here with my husband and son, we brought some board and card games and played those together instead of watching t.v. The visiting pups in the morning are SOOO precious. Extremely friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed giving them belly rubs. The view of the stars from the back porch is gorgeous. Fireflies flew around us. It was a beautiful, peaceful moment. The beds are very very comfortable and inspired us to get new pillows like what they've got. Kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need for a short stay. The bathroom is nice, shower pressure is good. Decorations and piano were great. We enjoyed listening to my husband play. We were just visiting for a competition, but if we're ever in the area again we will definitely ask to stay here again. Went to Burgess State Park to see the waterfalls. Worth it!!"
