"We had 21 people that KLM/AirFrance stranded in Germany for 7 days with 6 different canceled flights. The hotel staff here took care of us and we're so extremely friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond and even though we did not know until the morning of each day if we were staying again and how many rooms we were going to need, they checked in on us and allowed us to continuously stay in our rooms. Because of the staff even in a very stressful and chaotic situation they made their hotel a comfortable and safe space for us. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you"
