"Loved the property - staff not so much. Reception staff was friendly then disappeared. Even though there was a bell to ring - no one showed up. This was a Tuesday evening around 8 pm. We were advised it wasn't the hotels fault and there would be no tv all weekend. Customer service should be improved when things like this occur, guests should be advised at check-in."

They were a bit sparing with the in room drinks, we only had 1 coffee but overall this was a great stay and highly recommended."
