"From the moment we came we felt right at home! Such a comfortable place to stay! Every morning we were greeted by a beautiful bald eagle on the lake as well as the chitter chatter of birds. For those who have a hard time climbing stairs, this is NOT the place for you. Bedrooms as well as bathrooms are not on the main level. No matter we would definitely want to stay again!"

"We stayed at this newly renovated beach house for a long weekend in April. The home is big, spacious and beautifully decorated. Every bed is super comfy and we fell asleep listening to the waves. We loved the big kitchen! We had all nine beds filled and still had plenty of room and privacy. We love Milford shoreline and this home made our weekend celebration just perfect. "This was walking distance to the Total Mortgage Arena for our robotics competition. Having the full kitchen to cook meals was awesome. Nice comfy beds, plenty of space, I claimed the nook off the kitchen/dining area for myself. Boys had front room to work on their robot."

"The house is in a great location in New Rochelle, near to a train station to commute to the city and for family coming in on Amtrak from Boston. The main floor of the house is cozy with a lovely kitchen and lots of seating space. Bedrooms were a nice size and we all felt the beds were extremely comfortable. Shower was really nice, too. Owner was responsive and easy to work with throughout the process."
