Top Stamford Historical Society Museum Hotel Reviews
Amsterdam Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The location and price was the reason for picking this hotel. I'm sure the owners will update the room when they can. Cute neighborhood. Lots of restaurants to choose from in a 20 min drive."
"Ari at the reception desk was 5 STARS! I talked to her by phone, probably 6 months ahead of our arrival, as I had plenty of questions regarding the location, and our planned attendance of the Ryder Cup in NY.
She was spot on then, and made it a point to introduce herself upon our arrival.
Also, our bartender in the restaurant was extremely helpful with recommendations and service.
The food was also great, as we had dinner there twice."
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Stamford / New York City
10/10 Excellent
"I enjoyed my stay and my room was very clean and enjoyable and quiet and private . Breakfast was very good… The only disappointment was how long it took for the management to return my security deposit. It took seven days and when they tried to my bank card had changed so it took even a little longer as I had changed my card."
"Wow. We can't recommend the house highly enough. It was spacious, clean, full of light, lots of places to sit inside and outside, lots and lots of toys and activities for kids. The library was reason enough for a visit. Beautiful house, beautiful grounds. Large dining room, lots of bathrooms. We had a great experience and would love to visit again. "
Fantastic 1-Bedroom Near Downtown Stamford, Pet-Friendly!
8/10 Good
"We enjoyed our stay. The dead end street was nice and the neighbors were all friendly. The area felt safe. You are within walking distance to great food spots and driving distance to downtown area. The only complaint I have is the TVs are outdated and should be updated. No one uses cable boxes anymore and the remote for that TV only turned the TV on but nothing else worked but the box. "
