The breakfast was expensive. It thought i ordered it with the room but we ended up paying for it atthe property. It advertised free minibar.... that turned out to be just a bottle of water.

I enjoyed a fantastic day at SANA Berlin Hotel. My room was comfortable and spacious, modern and clean. The staff were all superstars. They were very friendly and very accommodating to my requests. I cannot thank them enough. Finally, the hotel is perfectly located. Easy to reach by public transport, and within walking distance to High Street shops and restaurants I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Many attractions were well within walking distance and there is an underground station right out the door. The hotel had everything to make our stay fun and enjoyable. And the price is quite reasonable for a major European capital. We couldn’t have been happier with this choice.

The first room had a smell of drains which was present throughout the outside corridor. They agreed to change the room, which returned me to happiness. Staff were good in general, although they didn’t supply or resupply the tea/coffee facilities well at all.
