Their check-in system broke down and we, along with maybe two dozen new guests had to wait in line for almost 2 hours. They didn't even bother to give us tickets or note down our names, so we could at least sit down without losing our place in the line.
Then when I finally got my keys, and walked half a mile to get to my building and room, I open the door and see another couple in there..who are shocked to see me. I closed the door and hurried back to the reception! So a full mile of walk for nothing after waiting for two hours!
The facility is actually a slightly higher end motel and not really a Hilton-caliber facility.
