Great place

Loved it, comfortable for the whole group, clean. Centrally located to trails, easy to get into town to go eat at night. The creek in the back was really nice. Would definitely stay there again.

100% honestly

1) The master shower stall was cracked in half where drain is all the way across. 2) the pool table is made out of plywood and the balls roll after racking them 3) could use some more sitting in the living room. 4) other then them 3 thing house was good5) beds was comfortable 6) plenty of yard space, two park trucks and trailers side by side 4wheeler 7) nice little creekside in the back yard.

SXS Riding

We rode SXS around on the Hatfield McCoy trails. Staying at The Thayer House was perfect for getting on the trails and close to town. Very clean and we loved the game room for something extra to do. The property manager was always available if needed and super nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

Very nice home, clean, spacious, and enough parking for the trailers. Close to gilbert and the rockhouse, devils anse systems. Would recommend!

Clean and comfortable

We stayed here while visiting family. This home is clean and plenty of room to spread out. The rec room was well appreciated by my teenagers. They were able to have their own space away from the adults to play pool, watch tv, and enjoy board games (provided by the host). The kitchen was well stocked and basic essentials were all provided. There is also a nice area in back to relax (though I would make sure to bring some outdoor chairs). I would definitely stay here again 😊
