"The apartment has a great location. It s walking distance to Old City, Wawel and Kazimierz. It s very clean, but it is very small and in the attic so it gets hot. Air conditioning didn't work and the owner didn't bother to do anything about it. He just said” sorry for inconvenience” Note that Parking is a problem next to the apartment and it s expensive! It s 11zl/ h We found an underground -Wawel Parking which is 0.5 mile away but the driving there took us 12min."

"I loved this place. Would definitely stay again. Very quiet, despite being in the delightful Jewish Quarter. So many places to eat with outdoor seating, bars with courtyards, etc. Went to a great restaurant Ariel in the Jewish Square (highly recommend the beef soup with honey and cinnamon - yes I read the menu twice, but it was delicious and I had it twice during my time). But the hotel had great rooms, super comfortable beds, extremely helpful reception, mini-bar fridge in the rooms that I emptied in order to use for my own drinks and snacks while there, was no problem. I loved the location, the quiet but contemporary vibe, and it worked great to get in and out of the airport with Bolt. This was my first time in Krakow, and if I go again will def. stay here. Room was also extremely clean."

"We had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is very convenient — close to Wawel Castle and the Jewish district of Kazimierz, which made exploring the city easy. A special thank you to Paula at the reception, who was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Most of the staff were friendly, although the service in the F&D department was not always very welcoming. One small downside was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom/toilet area, similar to a sewage smell. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with good value for money. The only disappointment was that, as RR members, we did not receive the benefits we usually get at other hotels within the same group."

"Lovely hotel. Modern, very spacious room. 30min walk from the square. The staff were friendly and helpful. Liked the peace and quiet and surrounded by the parks so very pleasant walk. Had a meal in the bar first night and nice, chilled atmosphere and the food was good, just a pizza and Nachos nut was all we needed. Used the swimming pool a vouple of times to relax inbetwedn all the walking. It was one of the main readons for choosing the hotel and we were not disappointed. Only minor thing no way of drying your swimwear. A dryer machine like in the UK would be good to have. We also used the coffee corner a couple of times but having a decaff alternative would be handy. Small supermarket next door which was handy. Would stay again. Loved Krakow and will return."
